Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative cum Sales Specialist at City Crew Technical Services. This dual role will involve handling administrative tasks while also assisting with sales activities to contribute to the growth of our solar installation business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails.
• Assist in sales efforts by conducting follow-ups with potential clients, providing product information, and presenting solar solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and maintain sales materials, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our solar solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customer-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of solar energy and a passion for renewable energy solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
